I'VE GOT A CRUSH

So I seem to have a slight crush, OK I have been stalking a house featured on Hooked on Houses...
 

It's a 1910 Arts and Crafts style home in Austin, TX...

 

 I am in love with all the moulding, the graphic pattern on the walls, the crisp clean whites against the rich wood tones...

 

 

The pops of color in the calm, neutral setting... (not to mention the chandeliers!)

 



 

 

And the dining room... Oh be still my heart (I don't know whats with all my mushy heart and love references, must be the Valentine effect!)

 

The beautiful farmhouse table with Lucite chairs, the crystal chandelier.. the statement it makes sitting prominently in the middle of the room... and lets talk about that wall color WOW!!  So not something that I would normally be drawn too, but something about it is just perfection!
