"PIN PIC" OF THE WEEK
Last week I found myself drawn to all the photos with bright pops of color in them... although I know it won't work in my house, I still love to live vicariously through the beautiful photographs! I think I am going to need a second home, maybe somewhere warmer!? Here are a few of my faves from Pinterest...

ReplyDeleteI love the fabric on the second photo's chair! And those yellow doors..... it makes me wonder where I can do something fun and crazy! I've kept things so neurtal at this house, that I think I could easily get away with adding pops of color with pillows and knick knacks!

Definitely just started following you on Pinterest bc of this fun post... :) As for a blog header... it took me a long time to figure this out b/c it was always too large. Do you have Picasa, Google's free photo program? I just made a collage in there with the dimensions of .75 x .25 (seems rediculously small but it's the perfect size) and then added in my pics and was able to add in text as well. It was SO easy once I figured out the correct dimensions. :)
ReplyDeleteI love all that bright punchy fabric! I was just talking to my Mom about how I admire those kinds of accents in other people's homes but generally stick to softer colors in our house. Wouldn't it be nice to have a couple houses to decorate differently? Ha, a nice dream : )
